Taylor earned a BS in Microbiology from the University of Tennessee and an MS in Biology from Union University. Her research is focused on defining the impact of calprotectin-mediated metal limitation on the virulence of Klebsiella pneumoniae. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, watching movies, cooking, and collecting houseplants.
